Digital TV Service Updates: August 24, 2018

We have completed all of the Digital TV service upgrades. Most people didn’t even notice the changes but if you are experiencing any issues with your Digital TV service, please don’t hesitate to contact our office. Because of the Digital TV upgrades you will experience the following:
  • Temporary Loss of Video on Demand (VOD)
  • Permanent Loss of Your DVR Settings for Scheduled Recordings
  • Permanent Loss of Recorded Programming on your DVR
After the upgrade you will need to go adjust your DVR settings to reschedule your regularly recorded programs.¬† We appreciate your patience as we made the changes to your service¬† and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
