Digital TV Service Updates: August 6, 2018

We are in the process of making updates to our Digital TV service that will improve your service experience in the long run but there will be a short transition period where your Digital TV service will be affected. The updates began on August 1st and will continue into September. The process requires us to upgrade each customer one by one and we are stretching the process out to make every effort to keep your Digital TV services up and running throughout the process. Some customers have already been notified about the updates and are completed. If you have not been notified yet, you will receive a phone notification before and after the updates at your home. Because of the Digital TV upgrades you will experience the following:
  • Temporary Loss of Video on Demand (VOD)
  • Permanent Loss of Your DVR Settings for Scheduled Recordings
  • Permanent Loss of Recorded Programming on your DVR
After the upgrade you will need to go adjust your DVR settings to reschedule your regularly recorded programs.  We appreciate your patience as we work through this upgrade and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
