New Online Billing and Payment Customers:
To Strengthen Security and further protect your privacy new guidelines to register for our online billing and payment system are required. Customers who are new to the system will need to utilize their account number and a security code which is provided by Pottawatomie Telephone Company. This change will have no effect on customers currently registered.
The security code we have chosen will be your four digit PIN that our company established with you.

Note to Online Bill Customers
Your online account status may not be reflective of your current account status. Online information is only updated after each bill cycle, one month at a time. Online payments made after 5:00pm and on the weekend, may take up to 48 hours to be credited to your account. A $5.00 late fee will be applied to your account for payments made after the 15th of the month. Reconnect charges may apply if your services are suspended.
