A maintenance plan gives you peace of mind that the various connections in your home are maintained for maximum uptime and performance. This is especially critical for so many of our customers who use our Internet or TV services.

You'll receive reliable protection against unexpected or expensive repairs to phone jacks or wires inside your home including:

• In-home service visits by a trained technician - now offered 7 days a week.

• Diagnosis, repair or replacement of inside phone wiring and phone jacks, as well as Internet modem and TV set top boxes if you choose a combination plan.

• Quality and timely repair after diagnosis.

Elite Maintenance Plan - $7.95

This plan covers the maintenance and repair of inside wiring for your home phone. We also cover repair and/or replacement of standard/Ethernet jack problems, maintenance on the Internet modem and up to two set top boxes used for our digital TV service. A one year commitment is required for this plan.

High-Speed Internet/Single Phone Plan - $5.95

This plan covers the maintenance and repair of inside wiring for your home phone, repair/replace of standard/Ethernet jack problems and maintenance on the high-speed Internet modem. A one year commitment is required for this plan.

Single Phone Line - $3.95

This plan covers the maintenance and repair of inside wiring in your home. We will repair/replace wiring or standard jack problems.  

Please note that these plans do not cover Acts of God such as fire, windstorm, flood, lightning, or other similar acts such as misuse or in-home alarm systems. 

For services not covered under a maintenance plan, our time and material repair rates for work performed between Monday and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm will be billed at an hourly rate of $75.00 in half hour increments. Work performed after normal business hours including weekends will be billed at an hourly rate of $125 in half hour increments.  (Additional charges may apply.  Materials are not included.)
